When it comes to our customers, a 1-year industry standard warranty just isn’t good enough. That’s why all Polygon Northwest homes are backed by our exclusive Triple Service Program, providing service on your home for 3 full years.

It all begins with your Home Orientation Tour when your Polygon representative explains how to use everything from the furnace to the microwave. You will also receive a complimentary Welcome Home manual which is chock full of helpful neighborhood and community information, along with a trove of useful homeowner maintenance tips. After you move in, we’ll schedule a visit to come back and assist with touch-ups of minor scuffs and scrapes that may have occurred during the move. And for a full 3 years after your purchase you’ll enjoy our exclusive Triple Service Program which includes 24-hour emergency service, a service answer-line during business hours and annual Home Health Checkups to make sure you’re still as happy with your home as you were the day you bought it.

Enjoy that confident feeling? You have the option of extending your 3 year Triple Service Program an additional 2 years. That’s 5 full years of easily accessible warranty service.

You’re also covered for the big stuff with our 10-year Structural Warranty.

Fully transferable if you sell

If you should ever sell your home, the remaining balance of both the Triple Service Program and 10-Year Structural Warranty is fully transferable to the next owner*.

What's New!

We have recently upgraded our Request For Service management system. William Lyon Homes along with SiteOne Services, have created a homeowner specific web-site where you can manage the Warranty requests for your home.

Utilizing your SiteOne homeowner web-site you can:

  • Create and submit warranty requests electronically.
  • Monitor the progress of warranty requests.
  • Electronically sign-off warranty requests.

New homeowners will receive an email from one of your Warranty Coordinators containing your new SiteOne Username and Password, along with other information about SiteOne. If you are an existing homeowner and do not currently have a username and password for SiteOne, please call the Warranty Service Department for your area and one of our Coordinators will help you with the process. As a Polygon Homeowner at one of our legacy communities, you will not receive an email with a user name or password for SITE ONE. If your community is not listed in the drop-down menu, please contact the Warranty office at 1-800-POLYGON and one of our Coordinators will assist you.
